Below are the details of the WTCOC 2021 group draw
When will it be done? Friday 2 April at 22:00 (Central European Time).
Can it be watched live? Yes, the draw will be broadcast from the Carcassonne Brazil Twitch channel: https://www.twitch.tv/carcassonnebrasil
Who will carry it out? As this is a worldwide event, the draw will feature the participation of players from different parts of the world:
- Jordi Carlos / Random2111 (Catalonia)
- Melvin Quaresma / Mgquaresma (Brazil)
- Elías Mochan / ComplixVandh (Mexico)
- Dan Chard / Danisthirty (United Kingdom)
What will be the format of the tournament? With 30 registered selections, the final tournament format will be 4 round robin groups (A,B,C,D), with 2 groups of 7 teams and 2 groups of 8 teams. Each group will have a top seed determined by previous results from past competitions. These will be:

Quin serà el format del torneig? Finalment en comptar amb 30 seleccions registrades, el format final serà de 4 grups tots contra tots (A,B,C,D), amb 2 grups de 7 equips i 2 grups de 8 equips. Cada grup comptarà amb un cap de sèrie, en base a anteriors resultats aconseguits en competicions internacionals. Aquests seràn:
